- 200 g 7 oz Fry's Turkish Delight bars ( chopped into small pieces)
- Pink food coloring (optional)
- Edible rose petals for garnish (optional)
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chopped white chocolate, and unsalted butter over low heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Once the mixture is smooth, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Stir in the chopped Fry’s Turkish Delight bars until evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture. If desired, add a few drops of pink food coloring to achieve a pale pink hue.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly using a spatula.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 4 hours, or until firm and set.
- Once the fudge has chilled and set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift it out of the baking dish. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into squares using a sharp knife.
- If desired, garnish each square of fudge with edible rose petals for an elegant touch.
- Serve and enjoy your Fry’s Turkish Delight fudge! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- For a richer flavor, you can use dark or milk chocolate instead of white chocolate.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of Fry’s Turkish Delight bars according to your taste preferences. You can add more or less depending on how intense you want the flavor to be.
