Ingredients
- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 200 g 7oz Milkybar chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup Mini Eggs roughly chopped
- Additional Mini Eggs for topping optional
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, measure out the Rice Krispies cereal and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the chopped Milkybar chocolate and unsalted butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Krispies cereal and stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.
